| Hardware Tools Released
in the Last Half of July 2006 |
We released the hardware tools described below in the last half of July 2006.
- The E200F Emulator R0E0200F2EMU00
(For the SH7785 group, SH7780 series, SuperH RISC engine family)
As tracing capability improved, this emulator enables you to acquire trace information at 600-MHz operation. For details go to the datasheet.
NOTICE:
This emulator must be used in combination with the E200F emulator software V.1.06 Release 00 or later. For details of it, see RENESAS TOOL NEWS Doc. NO. 060801/tn6, "The E200F Emulator Software Revised to V.1.06 Release 00" published on August 1, 2006.

By using each of these boards together with the E10A-USB on-chip debugging emulator HS0005KCU02H, the emulator operates as a simplified in-circuit emulator. So debugging capabilities such as performance measurement and tracing can be utilized, and among the pins of any SH/Tiny MCU, all those shared with H-UDI can be assigned to the user's functions.
