| The Flash Development Tool Kit
Revised to V.3.07 Release 00 |
We have revised the Flash Development Tool Kit for the SuperH, M16C, H8SX, H8S, H8, and 740 MCU families from V.3.06 Release 00 to V.3.07 Release 00. This tool kit is used for on-board programming of the members of the above families.

Functions Introduced

Lock bit supported
The lock bit is enabled and disabled.
This function has been introduce only to the newly supported MCUs
of the M32C/87, M16C/62P, M16C/6N5, M16C/6N4, M16C/6S, and
M16C/30P groups, M16C family.
(The other members of these MCU groups will be supported in this
function one after another.)

The Blank check embedded function command introduced
This command checks whether the flash memory in the MCU is blank
or has already been written.
Note that this command has been introduce only to the R8C/2X
groups, M16C family (R5F21244, R8C21246, R5F21254, and
R5F21256 excluded). |
