We notify corrections to the catalog "Renesas Quick Reference Guide to
Semiconductor Devices, Document No. REJ02A0003-0700" (published in October
2006).
These corrections will be seen on HERE from December 2006 on.

The M38267RLFS does not have the 10-bit A/D conversion
