1. Descriptions of Revision
1.1 Functions Introduced and Improved
(1) Improved are items and contents in several dialog boxes displayed
when the AutoUpdate wizard is stepped through.
(2) In the Configure AutoUpdate dialog box, the method of downloading
application programs can be chosen between "Renesas Tools Web Site"
and "Local or Network Drive."
1.2 Problems and Errors Corrected
The following problems and errors have been corrected:
(1) In the Select Applications dialog box, the list of applications
to be updated and the characters displayed at the bottom of the
dialog box are overlaid in some cases.
(2) In the function for displaying update information on the system
tray, update information on applications not to be updated is
provided.
(3) Contents of the help for each button in the Select Applications
dialog box and the Select Updates dialog box.
2. How to Update Your Utility
Update yours using your AutoUpdate utility itself. The update service
will be available on and after December 20.
You are also able to update yours by downloading the update program
from the downloa site.
