| The Emulator Software for the E10A-USB Emulators
Revised to V.2.10 Release 00 |
The emulator software for the E10A-USB emulators (HS0005KCU01H and
HS0005KCU02H) have been revised to V.2.10 Release 00. The emulator software
and emulators are used to emulate systems designed with MCUs of the SuperH
RISC engine, H8SX, and H8S families.
1. Products to Be Updated
Emulator software V1.0.00 through V.2.09 Release 00 for the E10A-USB
emulators (HS0005KCU01H and HS0005KCU02H)

3. How to Update Yours
Free-of-charge online update is available using either of the following
methods.
(1) Use AutoUpdate Utility (available on and after November 9).
(2) Download the update program (a ZIP file) from the Web site at
http://www.renesas.com/e10a_usb_download
(available on and after November 6); then decompress the downloaded
ZIP file to obtain the install program (HewInstMan.exe file) and
execute it.
4. Notice
If the install program in 3 (2) above is executed in the system where
High-performance Embedded Workshop V.4.02 or earlier resides, the IDE
will be updated to V.4.03.00.
