| The Emulator Software Products for the E200F Emulators
R0E0200F0EMU00 and R0E0200F2EMU00 Revised to V.1.09 Release 00 |
We have revised the emulator software products for the E200F emulators
R0E0200F0EMU00 and R0E0200F2EMU00 from V.1.08 Release 00 to V.1.09 Release 00.
These emulators and software products emulate systems designed with SH-4A
and SH4AL-DSP CPU-cored MCUs, belonging to the SuperH RISC engine family.
1. Products to Be Updated
- Emulator software V.1.00 Release 00 through V.1.08 Release 00
for the E200F emulator R0E0200F0EMU00
- Emulator software V.1.06 Release 00 through V.1.08 Release 00
for the E200F emulator R0E0200F2EMU00
2. Description of Revision
The following devices have been added to the support line of
the R0E0200F2EMU00 emulator:
MCU Series Devices
--------------------------------------------------------
SH7780 SH7780*, SH7781*, and SH7723
*The SH7780 and SH7781 have hitherto been supported by the R0E0200F0EMU00.
After this revision, they are supported by the R0E0200F2EMU00 only;
not by the R0E0200F0EMU00.

3. How to Update Your Product
Free-of-charge online update is available. Use AutoUpdate Utility;
otherwise use the following procedure:
(1) Download the update program of the product you want (a ZIP file)
from the Web site at
http://www.renesas.com/e200f_download
This site will be opened from February 6 on.
(2) Decompress the downloaded ZIP file to obtain the installer program
HewInstMan.exe and execute it.
4. Notice
If the installer program is executed in the system where
High-performance Embedded Workshop V.4.02.00 or earlier resides,
it will be upgraded to V.4.03.00.
