Information on Mitsubishi Development Support Tools
Running on Windows 2000

This is to inform you which of our tool products are capable of running on Windows 2000.
This news summarizes the results of operations of our software tools tested with a commercial version of Windows 2000 Professional.
- Conditions for Running software tools on Windows 2000
- To install software tools, the user have to be granted the administrator privilege.
- To run a software tool under normal conditions, the user have to gain a write permission for the directory where the tool has been installed.

TM V.2.01 will fail in build or rebuild if either one of the following conditions is met:
- * Build or rebuild is performed for the first time after creating a project.
- * Build is performed while no relocatable or absolute object files exist.
- [Workaround] When "Build" or "Rebuild" fails, please execute "Build" again.

To run these software tools under normal conditions, the user have to gain write permissions for the directories where Windows 2000 and each of the tools have been installed.
