Please take note of the following problem in using relocatable assembler SRA74 for the 740 family of MCUs:
- On using functions related to the ROM area beyond 64 KB
- Versions Concerned
All the versions of SRA74 V.4.00 Release 1 and later
- Description
- SRA74 V.4.00 Release 1 and later support the functions produced by programs that are written in the M37280's ROM area beyond 64 KB.
- These functions are as follows:
- (1) Option -BANK
- (2) Unary operator BK
- (3) Unary operator BL
- (4) Section E
- Note that, however, these functions are dedicated to the M37280 only and cannot be used in the other MCUs even when they come with memory space larger than 64 KB.
