Please take note of the following problem in using Mitsubishi Maskfile converter MM.
- On creating mask files with hexadecimal data files treated by MM being saved in the root directory

MM V.3.00 Release 1
- Description
MM may not create mask files with hexadecimal data files treated by MM being saved in the root directory.
- 2.1 Conditions
- This problem occurs if the following two conditions are satisfied:
- (1) MM is running on Windows Me/98/95.
- (2) Hexadecimal data files to be treated by MM have been saved in the root directory (C:\, for example).
- Workaround
When you run MM on Windows Me/98/95, save hexadecimal data files in directories other than the root directory.
