Please take note of the following problem in using emulator debugger (with an assembler) M3T-PD45 V.1.30 Release 1 for the 4500 series MCUs.

M3T-PD45 V.1.30 Release 1
- Description
In target programs for the 4580 group MCUs, the SCP and RCP instructions, which control the state of the C port, do no jobs just the same way as the NOP instruction.
This problem has already been fixed in M3T-PD45 V.1.31 Release 1, which was upgraded on September 1, 2001. We apologize for the omission of the information about fixing this problem in MAEC TOOL NEWS "PD45 V.1.31 Release 1 Upgraded Version Announcement" issued on September 1, 2001.
- 2.1 Conditions
- This problem occurs when absolute assembler ASM45 assembles programs by using the following data files for the 4580 group MCUs included M3T-PD45 V.1.30 Release 1:
- M34580M2.DAT (V.1.10.01)
- M34580M4.DAT (V.1.10.01)
- Solution
- Please upgrade M3T-PD45 to its V.1.31 Release 1. For information on how to upgrade your product, refer to MAEC TOOL NEWS "PD45 V.1.31 Release 1 Upgraded Version Announcement" issued on September 1, 2001.
