A Note on Emulator Debugger M3T-PD308F V.1.00 Release 1

Please take note of the following problem in using emulator debugger M3T-PD308F V.1.00 Release 1 for the M32C/80 series MCUs.
- On debugging functions in C language

- Description
During debugging in C language, Windows' error message may appear, resulting in the emulator debugger being terminated forcefully.
- 2.1 Condition
- This problem may occur when Kanji or en-size Katakana characters are analyzed as C language expressions. Note that whether the problem arise or not depends on the operating condition of the host computer and the type of window displayed.

The problem occurs if a C source file with comments described in Kanji or en-size Katakana format is displayed on the Program or Source window, and you hover the mouse pointer over any of the above comments.

The problem occurs if C watch points are set at character strings containing Kanji or en-size Katakana characters in the C Watch window.
- Workaround
- Please download DLL file p308fedll.dll (V.1.00.10) and substitute it for the current p308fedll.dll file saved in the folder where M3T-PD308F has been installed.
