Integrated Development Environment TM
Upgraded to V.3.20

We have upgraded integrated development environment TM from V.3.11 to V.3.20.

  1. Descriptions of Upgrade
    1.1 Functions Introduced
    (1) Hyperlinks to our Development Support Tools homepage and MCU Technical Information homepage have been added to the Home Page Display button on the project bar.

    1.2 Problems Fixed
The following known problems have been fixed:
    (1) On errors arising at build after changing the output directory
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution" issued on April 16, 2001.

    (2) On scanning the dependencies of header files on a source file
(Information on the paths of the newly included header files may become incorrect.)
    (3) On setting project bar appearance to AutoHide
For details of (2) and (3), see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution" issued on May 16, 2001.

    (4) On scanning the dependencies of header files on a source file
(The files may not be searched for through the path specified in compiler option -I.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution" issued on June 16, 2001.

    (5) On TM V.3.xx reading projects created by TM V.2.xx
(When the Debug button on the Project bar is clicked, PDxx or PDxxSIM would not download the load module file, resulting in an error.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution" issued on August 16, 2001.

    (6) On setting library paths in compiler M3T-CC32R for the M32R family MCUs
(When TM is working in combination with M3T-CC32R, lnk32r cannot search for the library file at a build, resulting in an error.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution " issued on October 16, 2001.

    (7) On scanning the dependencies of header files on a source file
(When you close the project editor after executing the "Scan All Dependencies" menu on it, restarting the editor to execute the menu for the same project may cause the editor unsuccessfully to terminate.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM V.3.11 Precaution" issued on November 16, 2001.

    (8) On changing linking orders
(When a linking order is changed using the command-editing function of the project editor, linking may incorrectly be performed at build.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "TM Precaution" issued on December 16, 2001.

    (9) On library projects
(When you open a library project and display the project editor, the project editor may terminate unsuccessfully.)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "A Note on TM (Integrated Development Environment)" issued on February 1, 2002.

    (10) On deleting source files from a project
(Information concerning the deleted file may not automatically be erased from the command file for linking (.cmd).)
For details, see MAEC TOOL NEWS "A Note on Integrated Development Environment TM V.3.11" issued on May 16, 2002.
