Extra-Charge Upgrades of Emulation Pods for the M16C/80 MCU Group to Those for the M32C/81, M32C/82, and M32C/83 MCU Groups

Emulation pods M30800T-RPD-E and M30803T-RPD-E for the M16C/80 MCU group can be upgraded to those for the M32C/81, M32C/82, and M32C/83 MCU Groups with extra charge.

Fill in the appended Extra-Charge M30800T-/M30803T-RPD-E Upgrade Application Form and send it by E-mail to your local Renesas Technology sales office or distributor. |

Ordering and Price Please contact your local Renesas Technology sales office or distributor. |

Send To Send your product to be upgraded to your local Renesas Technology sales office or distributor, with the filled-in application form enclosed in it. |

Shipment of the Upgraded Product We will ship back your product upon upgrading and checking it. It will take 10 working days or more to upgrade your product (except for the transportation period). |
- Effective Date of Application
From September 1, 2002, to August 31, 2003, inclusive
(If circumstances prevent you from sending your product within the above date, please contact your local Renesas Technology sales office or distributor.)

The product upgraded for the M32C/81, M32C/82, and M32C/83 MCU groups cannot be used for debugging the M16C/80 group. |
| (2) |
If your pod does not work properly, a charge will be made for repairing it. |
| (3) | We will not be able to supply you with another pod for the upgrade. |
