Emulation Probe M3062PT-EPB Released

We have released the PC7501-dedicated emulation probe M3062PT-EPB for the M16C/62P MCU in the M16C/62 group of the M16C/60 series.

The M3062PT-EPB is an emulation probe used together with the PC7501 emulator for the M16C family MCUs. For details of this product, please see its data sheet.
The product released this time, on which the production-run evaluation MCU M30627FHPGP is mounted, can support the M16C/62P MCU in the M16C/62 group of the M16C/60 series.
The product is capable of operating at the following conditions:
- Maximum clock frequency: 24 MHz (within a Vcc range of 3.0--5.5 V)
- Supply voltage to target MCU: 2.7--5.5 V
The Contents of the Product Package:
- An MCU board--M3062PT-EPBM--for the M16C/62P in the M16C/62 group
- An evaluation MCU--M30627FHPGP (already mounted)
- A probe board--PCA7501EPBA--for the PC7501
- A conversion board--M30800T-PTC--for connecting M3062PT-EPBM to a 100-pin 0.65-mm-pitch QFP
- A 100-pin LCC socket--IC61-1004-051--manufactured by Yamaichi Electronics Co., Ltd.
- Oscillator boards
OSC-3 for the 16-MHz main clock
OSC-2 for the main clock
- Six resistor arrays--eight 51-k ohms resistors each--for pulling up ports P0 through P5
