Information on the Domain Names
of
Our E-mail Addresses

We notify that the domain names of our E-mail addresses will be subject to changes because we join the group of a new company to be established on this April 1.

- Our Joining the Renesas Group
On this April 1 a new company, Renesas Technology Corporation, will be established, and we, Mitsubishi Electric Semiconductor Application Engineering Corporation (MAEC), are joining the group of this company.
Then, the current domain name of our E-mail and home page addresses is subject to change, and for transition from the current to the new domain name, our previous one, mesc.co.jp, that had been formally used before April 2001 has becomes ineffective on and after this March 1.

- NOTICES:
- No items of E-mail addressed to the previous domain name can be forwarded to the current one, maec.co.jp, and such an error report that is titled "Undelivered Mail . . ." will be returned to the senders.
So, please rectify our addresses in your mailer's address book to those listed in the Current Addresses below.
- No home pages addressed by the previous domain name can be visited. Also change your browser's Bookmarks or Favorites to those listed in the Current Addresses.

From April 1, 2003, on
We are going to use the new domain name of a member of the Renesas group. We will inform you of it on the tool news issued on April 1.
From July 1, 2003, on
The current domain name, maec.co.jp, will lose its effectiveness.
The E-mail and home page addresses involving it are the same as shown in the Current Addresses above. We will notify this information again on the tool news to be issued on this July 1.
- Checking for Saved Document Forms
The mail addresses written in "Technical Support Request Form" and "User Registration Form" that were saved at installing software tools may have the previous domain name (mesc.co.jp).
So, please check to see whether it is the case or not.
If software tool products released before April 2001 are such a type that is installed by the installer, they contain the document forms where the previous domain name is written.
All versions of the following products contain the document forms where the previous domain name is written.
