Reception Errors of Your E-Mail Messages Addressed to Our User Registration Contact

We inform you that trouble has occurred for receiving your E-mail messages sent to our User Registration contact on and after April 1.
- Descriptions of Trouble
If you sent your messages by E-mail to our User Registration contact
(regist_tool@renesas.com), they must have suffered from our mail server's trouble as follows:
- (1) If you sent your messages during a period from 3:00 PM on Monday, March 31 to 6:05 AM on Friday, April 4 in GMT, the messages may have not reached us.
- (2) If you sent your messages after 6:05 AM on Friday, April 4 in GMT, the messages have reached us, but the error messages must have been returned to you.
- Requests for Re-Sending Your Messages
If you sent your messages to our User Registration contact (regist_tool@renesas.com) on and after 3:00 PM on Monday, March 31,
you are kindly requested to re-send your messages to us according to the cases described below.
- (1) In the case of (1) in Section 1
If you have no reply from us yet, please send your messages concerned again.
- (2) In the case of (2) in Section 1
Though error messages were returned to you, we surely received your messages and replied, are replying, or will reply within a few days after receiving them.
If you have not already gotten any reply from us, your messages might have not been sent to us by other troubles. In such cases, please send your messages concerned again.
- Recovery of these troubles
Now, the above troubles have recovered.
