The Forwarding Service of the E-Mail Items
Addressed to Our Previous Domain Name Terminated

We notify that the forwarding service of the E-mail items addressed to our previous domain name has been terminated.

  1. Description
    As we informed you on the items of our tool news issued on March 1 and April 1, the forwarding service of the E-mail items addressed to our previous domain name (tool.maec.co.jp) to the current one (xxx.renesas.com) was terminated at 6 PM on June 30.
    Then all the items of E-mail addressed to the following addresses will be returned to the senders with the error report titled "Undelivered Mail . . .":
    Non-Effective Addresses:
    support@tool.maec.co.jp (Tool Technical Support)
    regist@tool.maec.co.jp (User Registration)
    Accordingly, please rectify our previous E-mail addresses in your E-mail address book to the effective ones shown below.
    Effective Addresses:
    csc@renesas.com (Tool Technical Support)
    regist_tool@renesas.com (User Registration)
    The URL of our tool home page was also changed to
    http://www.renesas.com/en/tools
    on and after April 1, and use this, not the previous one.

  2. Notices
    Please note that in the software products not upgraded on and after April 1, 2003, our corporate name and E-mail addresses on the document forms saved at installing them remain not updated; on the other hand, they have already been updated in the products upgraded or published on and after that date. The classification is explained below.

    2.1 Products Not Yet Upgraded on and after April 1, 2003
    (1)Products installed by their installer
    The corporate name and mail addresses described in "Technical Support Request Form" and "User Registration Form" that were saved at installing the products remain not updated. These products are as follows:
