Compact Emulator M38000T2-CPE Released

We have released the M38000T2-CPE compact emulator for the 740 family MCUs.
- Outline
The M38000T2-CPE is a compact emulator provided with the real-time trace
function for the 740 family of the RENESAS 8-bit MCUs.
Because the software tools such as an assembler and an emulator debugger
are included with the product package, you are able to develop your
application programs and debug them just after purchasing the product.
Its features are as follows:
- Fully equipped with fundamental debug functions
- Provided with the real-time trace function
- Designed compactly
The dimensions of the emulator body: 95 mm wide, 65 mm deep, and 20 mm high
- Programming and debugging tools included
- Of economical price
- Supports the USB Interface (Full-speed USB1.1)
NOTE:
At present, supported emulator MCUs (optional) are as follows:
M38049RLSS, M38517RSS, M37542RSS, and M37544RSS
We are going to support other MCUs one by one.

- An emulator--M38000T2-CPE (with a probe)
- A converter--PCA4933
- A USB interface cable (1.8 m)
- A power supply cable (30 cm; the power source unit not included)
- An emulator debugger--M3T-PD38M (dedicated to this compact emulator)
- A limited assembler M3T-SRA74M (including an integrated development environment TM).

An emulator MCU and a temporary target board are optional.
