Real-Time OSes M3T-MR32R Upgraded to V.3.50 Release 2

We have upgraded the M3T-MR32R real-time OSes for the M32R family MCUs as follows:

the M3T-MR32RK real-time OS development kit: from V.3.50 Release 1 to V.3.50 Release 2
the M3T-MR32RS real-time OS mass-production contract: from V.3.50 Release 1 to V.3.50 Release 2

Descriptions of Upgrade

1.1 Function Introduced

(1)	The def_cyc system call can be issued both from the task and from the handler.

1.2 Problem Fixed

The following known problem has been fixed:

(1)	On using the chg_pri and ichg_pri system calls for changing the priority of a task For details, see RENESAS TOOL NEWS "A Note on Using Real-Time OSes M3T-MR32R" issued on August 1, 2003.
