A Note on Using Emulator Debugger M3T-PD32RM V.2.10 Release 1

Please take note of the following problem in using the M3T-PD32RM emulator
debugger for the M32R family MCUs:
- On displaying time information in real-time tracing and displaying
measurement results in the Interval-Time Measurement window
- Version Concerned
M3T-PD32RM V.2.10 Release 1
- Descriptions

Information on time in real-time tracing in the Trace window may be
displayed incorrectly. |
| (2) |
Information on time in real-time tracing in the Script window may be displayed
incorrectly when the TraceDate or TraceList script command is executed in this window. |
| (3) |
Measurement results in the Interval-Time Measurement window may
be displayed incorrectly. |
- Conditions
This problem occurs if either of the following conditions is satisfied:
- The M32100T3-SDI-E emulator is used and the measurement result exceeds
approximately 35 sec.
- The M32100T5-SDI-E emulator is used and the measurement result exceeds
approximately 42 sec.
- Workaround
This problem can be circumvented by using the problem-fixed DLL file.
Please replace your DLL file with the problem-fixed one, p32rmedll.dll V.1.30.01, as follows:

Download the compressed DLL file (p32rmedll.lzh; 503 KB) |
| (2) |
Decompress the downloaded file to obtain the p32rmedll.dll file. |
| (3) |
Copy the p32rmedll.dll file into the folder where the M3T-PD32RM
V.2.10 Release 1 (the pd32rm.exe file) resides. The current
p32rmedll.dll file will be overwritten with the new one. |

Check for the version of the DLL file as follows:
| (i) |
Launch the M3T-PD32RM V.2.10 Release 1. |
| (ii) |
Open the Help menu and select the About command. The Version
dialog box appears. |
| (iii) |
In this dialog box, check to see that the version number
displayed is that of the problem-fixed DLL file. |
