C Compiler Package M3T-CC32R
Upgraded to V.4.30 Release 00

We have upgraded the M3T-CC32R C-compiler package from V.4.20 Release 1A to
V.4.30 Release 00:
- Descriptions of Upgrade
- 1.1 Functions Introduced
- The following functions have been introduced:
| (1) | 64-bit integer arithmetic function library:
Various types of operations can be performed between 64-bit
integers expressed using the LONG64 structure as inputs and outputs
in a dynamic range of 64 bits. |
| (2) | Enhanced functions for base registers:

When the symbols for making a base register effective are selected,
all of them can be specified in a collective manner for each section. |

Local symbols can also be output when access control files are generated by the map generator. |

| (3) | New function in the linker:
The improved linker can generate map
files if link errors arise. |
| (4) | New function in the map generator:
Map files can be generated in
the csv symbol map format as well as the previous ones. |
| (5) | Improved function in the load module converter:
A change has been
made in outputting the lines of the data records S1, S2, and S3;
that is, they are output in address order in the Motorola S format. |
| (6) | An option "-warn_suppress_nested_comment":
This option suppresses
the warning for the nesting of comments. |
| (7) | Extended number of symbols:
The maximum number of symbols at
compiling C-language programs has been extended from 10,000 to
40,000 if the -XX option not used. |

the types of operators for the operations of type float are
different from each other

For the customer who is using M3T-CC32R V.1.00 Release 1, 2, or 3
Fill in the appended "Free-of-Charge M3T-CC32R License ID
Application Form" and send it by e-mail or FAX to your local
Renesas Technology sales office or distributor.
We will inform you of your license ID by return. Then, download
the upgraded product by using it from the Web page shown in (1)above.
NOTICES:
- Only the customer who has already sent their registration can apply for their License ID free of charge.
- Your newly obtained license ID is not a temporary one for this online upgrade. Keep it carefully for later use.
- The W95E version has been renamed to the WIN version since V.4.20 Release 1A.
- Because the publication of the IBE version has been discontinued since V.1.00 Release 4, please upgrade your product to the WIN version, if necessary.
