Revised to V.3.01.08

We have revised the High-performance Embedded Workshop, an integrated development environment, from
V.3.01.06 to V.3.01.08.

- Description of Revision
The problem on unloading ELF/DWARF2 load modules has been fixed.
For details, see RENESAS TOOL NEWS "A Note on Using Integrated
Development Environment High-performance Embedded Workshop V.3.01.06--On Unloading ELF/DWARF2
Load Modules" issued on November 1, 2004.
- How to Revise Your Product
Please perform the following steps:

Download the updated hewv3180u.exe file from HERE. |
| (2) |
Then, execute the downloaded hewv3180u.exe file to complete the installation. |
- Notices
| (1) | If you have not already installed the High-performance Embedded Workshop V.2.2 or later, your
High-performance Embedded Workshop cannot be revised to V.3.01.08. |
(2) | This revision does not affect any tool components except the High-performance Embedded Workshop
(for example, a compiler, an emulator, etc.). |
(3) | If you are using the P0700CAS7-MWR (a C/C++ compiler package for
the SuperH RISC engine family), install the revised product as
described in Section 3 after updating the P0700CAS7-MWR once
to Ver.7.1.03 or Ver.7.1.04.
If you are using the PS008CAS5-MWR (a C/C++ compiler package
for the H8SX, H8S, and H8 MCU families), install the revised
product as described in Section 3 after updating the
PS008CAS5-MWR once to Ver.5.0.05 or Ver.5.0.06. |
