The Emulator Debugger for the E8 Emulator
Revised to its V.2.00 Release 00

We have revised the emulator debugger for the E8 on-chip debugging emulator
from its V.1.02 Release 01 to V.2.00 Release 00.

Connection with the E8 emulator simplified
The Communication Clock dialog box* that is displayed when any member
of the R8C/14, R8C/15, R8C/16, or R8C/17 group of MCU is selected
to debug has been removed. Instead, the maximum allowable rate of
communication with each MCU group is automatically selected.
* This dialog box specifies a rate of communication between the E8 and the target MCU. |

The version number of the E8's firmware component displayed
The version number of the E8's firmware component is displayed
when the connection between the E8 and the emulator debugger has
been established. |

Workshop V.4.
