M16C R8C Debugger Package
Revised to V.1.00 Release 01

We have revised the M16C R8C debugger package from V.1.00 Release 00 to
V.1.00 Release 01. This debugger package is used for the M16C/60, /30,
/20, /10, /Tiny, and R8C/Tiny series of MCUs.

package has been revised from V.4.00.00 to V.4.00.01.
