Free-of-Charge Upgrade of the
M301N2T-PRB (TS Products;
the Pod Probe for the M16C/1N Group
of MCUs) Available |
We inform you that free-of-charge upgrade of the pod probe M301N2T-PRB (TS product) to its standard product is available. This pod probe is used for the M16C/1N group, M16C/10 series of MCUs.
- Product Concerned
Every TS product of M301N2T-PRB whose serial number ends with any numeral.
NOTICE:
On every WS product concerned whose serial number ends with letter A is mounted the same evaluation MCU as on the standard product. So it is excluded from this upgrade.
- Description of Upgrade
The evaluation MCU is replaced with the one same as used in the standard product.
- How to Upgrade Your Product
Apply for the upgrade as follows:
SEND TO: Your local Renesas Technology sales office or distributor

We will not be able to supply you with another probe for the period of time of upgrade (about 10 working days or more except for the transportation period). |

If your product does not work properly, an additional charge will be made for repairing it. |

The upgraded product must be used in combination with the M30100T3- RPD-E emulation pod. If you are using the M30100T-RPD-E emulation pod, it can be upgraded to the M30100T3-RPD-E with additional charge. - Effective Date of Application
Acceptable from July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006, inclusive
