A Note on Using the High-performance Embedded Workshop,

Please take note of the following problem in using the High-performance Embedded Workshop:
- On installing software products
- Version Concerned
High-performance Embedded Workshop V.4
NOTICE: This problem may occur in other versions than the above.
- Description
If any software product containing the High-performance Embedded Workshop V.4 is installed, the installer may forcefully be shut down with the following error message accompanied:
Error code: -5009 : 0x8002802b

NOTE:
The error code, file names (error information), and line numbers (enclosed with the parentheses) may be different from the above depending on the development environment you are using.
- Workaround
Delete the RunTime folder, which resides in the following directory
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime
where C denotes the drive in which Windows has been installed. Then re-install the software product containing the product concerned.
