A Note on Using the Real-time OS Debugger

Please take note of the following problem in using the real-time OS debugger "Debugging Extension"* V.1.06 Release 00:
- On using the T-Kernel in English-language environment

The Debugging Extension is a utility for extending debugging capabilities and supports task-level debugging of real-time OSes. It is embedded in the High-performance Embedded Workshop as well as your real-time OS. |
- Description
Even if the real-time OS T-Kernel in which the product concerned is embedded is used in English-language environment, the menus, dialog boxes, and helps of the Debugging Extension will be displayed in Japanese.
- Solution
We provide you with the bug-fixed t-KernelDX.hlp, ecxrtos.chm, and t-KernelDXExtRes.dll files. So please contact csc@renesas.com by E-mail. We will supply these files and inform you of the procedures for substituting them for the previous files.
- Schedule of Fixing the Problem
We plan to fix this problem in the next release of the product.
