| A Note on Using the E200F Emulators |
Please take note of the following problem in using the E200F emulators,
which emulate the SuperH RISC engine family of MCUs:
- On loading user programs to the emulator
- Products Concerned
The E200F emulators, R0E0200F0EMU00 and R0E0200F1EMU00
These emulate the SuperH RISC engine family of MCUs
- Description
User programs may incorrectly be loaded into memory in the above
emulators. To examine incorrect loading, conduct verification of
programs in memory. If your program has incorrectly been loaded,
message "verify error" will appear.

For R0E0200F0EMU00
This problem has already been resolved in the emulator software
V.1.04 Release 00. So perform the following procedures to update
yours to V.1.04 Release 00:

Download the update program (a ZIP file) from Download site. |

Decompress the downloaded file to obtain the install program (a setup.exe file) and execute it. |

For R0E0200F1EMU00
We plan to fix this problem in the next release of the emulator
software for the R0E0200F1EMU00 (V.2.01 Release 00; scheduled to
be published in January 2006).
We will inform when the problem is fixed; then perform the same
procedures as described in Section 3.1. |
