Please take note of the following problem in using NQPACK100SD manufactured by Tokyo Eletech Corp.
Problem
When Mitsubishi's 100-pin 0.5mm-pitch LQFP package (100P6Q-A) evaluation MCU is inserted to NQPACK100SD manufactured by Tokyo Eletech Corp., good electrical connection may not be obtained between them if the NQPACK100SD was one purchased before May 1, 1998.
The products of NQPACK100SD purchased on or after the above date are all remodeled and do not come with this problem. Those included with FLX-100NSD boards also are remodeled and are good to use.
Workaround
If the problem occurs in your NQPACK100SD purchased before May 1, 1998, please contact its distributor or the manufacturer or sales agent shown below:
