This is to announce that mask file utility MM has been upgraded to MM V.2.00.1.0.
Description of Upgrading
- The following problem has been fixed:
If the filename extension of a mask file is typed in uppercase (.MSK) in order to check the settings of the file, the file cannot be found.
- The English version is available from this upgrade on.
