Problem
Absolute module files with greater than 127 sections will not be downloaded by a debugger fault.
Workaround
If the number of sections in a program is greater than 127, download the file through the following procedure:
- After creating an absolute module file, produce a machine language file (an Intel HEX file or a Motorola S-format file) by using the load module or HEX file converter included in the compiler.
- Download the machine language file produced in step 1 by selecting the [File] -> [Download] -> [Memory Image...] command from the PDxx menu bar.
- Then, download the symbol information of the absolute module file by selecting the [File] -> [Download] -> [Symbol...] command.
Schedule of Fixing Problem
We plan to fix this problem in our next release.
