This is to announce that the products of real-time OS MR308 for the M16C/80 series of microcomputers have been upgraded to the following versions:

Descriptions of Upgrading
- (1)The following known problems fixed:
- The problem on using INT instructions to issue system calls

- The problem on "makefile" files created by configurator cfg308 (EWS version only)
[ For details refer to "MR308, MR30 Precautions" issued on Sept. 1, 1999, ]
- (2)The type of PT_MSG changed when message size is 16 in the mail box function
- (3)Special page subroutine calls supported
- (4)The processings of the vrst_blk system call improved
- (5)Describing a system call of ret_int() inadvertently in a C program interpreted as an error at linking
- (6)The processing of the tslp_tsk system call with the timeout value set to 0 improved
- (7)The __SB__ symbol changed from the EQU symbol to the address symbol
- (8)The task pause function--a debugging function of PD308--supported
- (9)Data items used for debugging placed separately in the MR_RAM_DBG section
