Upgraded Version Announcement

This is to announce that relocatable assembler SRA74 for the 740 family of microcomputers has been upgraded to its Version 4.00 Release 2.

Descriptions of Upgrading
(1)Supported by TM V.2.01.
(2)The macro arguments in the "false" statement of conditional assembly aren't expanded.
(3)The directory where assembly language files created by an "include" file are saved is changed from the directory selected by environment variable INC to the one where the "include" file exists.
(4)The "-!8" option introduced to the operation with "!" operators: this option makes the lower 8 bits obtained by truncation after the "!" operation to be the result of the operation.
