[Internal ROM/RAM]

The detailed information on internal ROM/RAM is displayed and its configuration can be changed.

Caution

You should be careful not to overlap the area with other memory mapping area.

Size of internal ROM[KBytes]

Display and change the internal ROM size of the selected microcontroller.

When using an external clock oscillation with the embedded PLL circuit, specify the frequency of the transmitter/resonator (the frequency before the setting of the PLL clock).

Note

If an attempt is made to connect the emulator when this category is blank, the serial number of the emulator that is found first by search will be automatically selected and connection is made. Specify the interval in 1-ms units for retrying connection in the case of hot plug-in connection when the emulator fails to communicate with the microcontroller on the target board.
