Remark

This API function is called to run interrupt processing for the input capture interrupt generated because multi-function timer pulse unit 3 detected the effective edge of the input signal or for the compare match interrupt generated because the current counter value (value of the timer counter, TCNT) matched the defined counter value (value of the timer general register, TGR).
