R_RTC_Restart

Initializes the counter then starts counting.

Remarks 1.

When the realtime clock is operating in the calendar counting mode, this API function initializes the counters to the values specified by the argument counter_write_val.

Remarks 2.

When the realtime clock is operating in the binary counting mode, this API function ignores the value specified by the argument counter_write_val and clears the counter to zero.
