The CC-RL supports the language specifications stipulated by the ANSI standards. These specifications include items that are stipulated as processing definitions. This section describes language specifications that are not specified or defined by the ANSI standard, or that are process-dependent.

The difference between specifying and not specifying the -strict_std option to process in strict compliance with the ANSI standard is also explained.
