Overview of the Program

This section describes an overview of the program you will create in this tutorial and Renesas Starter Kit for RX65N-2MB (RTK50565N2S10000BE ).

You are going to create a simple program which causes two LEDs flash alternately. See "Description of Sample Program" for details on this program.

The following is an overview of RTK50565N2S10000BE which will be used as a target board.

Please set up the switches as follows.

See "Specifications of RTK50565N2S10000BE" in Appendix for details on RTK50565N2S10000BE.

Evaluation LED0              : Lights in yellow when the port 73 (P73) is LOW.

Evaluation LED1              : Lights in yellow when the port G7 (PG7) is LOW.

E1/E2 Lite(14pin connector)                                                        : Used for on-chip debugging.

SW4 Pin1                          :OFF (Single chip mode)
