To delete a break event (execution type) you have set, click the event mark displayed in the Editor panel/Disassemble panel.

Also, there is another way to delete a set break event. Select a Software Break event/Hardware Break event in the Events panel, and then click the button in the toolbar (see "2.19.5 Delete events").
