-	アクティブ・プロジェクトのリンク・オプションである，セクション・アライメントの設定／参照を行います。

-	設定を変更する場合は，参照したリストに対して追加／変更してください。

>>>sec1= build.Link.SectionAlignment    …現在の設定を参照してセクション・アライメントを追加
